I don’t recommend, hostel didin’t care about booking rules

They send me a message less than 12 hours that they gonna cancell my reservation. I was already on plane, so I reserved the message when I was already in country (at the airport) and going to hostel. I still went there, Because cancellation was against the rules. They give me a bed, but it wasn’t the bed what I reserved. It was in 12 beds male dorm and I’m female 25. That was little bit scary, because Singapore is a muslim country and other sleeper was males. I don’t wear hijab etc. Nothing happened during the nighttime, but I still felt little bit unsecure.

The staff was nice. The bed was clean and we liked the fact that was spacious and gave you the intimacy by having the curtains.

The toilets are too small.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. Location is very strategic ( near Kallang MRT ) Good food stall near by. Big space for hanging laundry.

You have to bring your own toiletries as they didn’t refill the soap and toilet paper. Room is not the capsule type so you will see people walk pass by your bed.

I love the cleanliness of the room, I love the ionising humidifier with very classy fragrance that was placed in the rooms. The linen was fresh and made like hotel, neat and ironed. Air-conditioning was cold enough not to feel the heat. The bed making was 5 star!

I was told Singaporean was not allowed to stay and I need a document from Singapore Tourism Board. I called up STB and was directed to Stay Home Notice (SHN). I got all my info later, i called up and they said they need to check with their manager. I think my number was being blocked. I couldn't get through them. I felt like I was being treated unreasonably. Also, the shower room is just too small. I stayed in the hostel for the 2 days I booked. I was offered a preferential rate for a month but i declined. I gonna missed the classy scent of the room and the comfortable linen.

Staff were very helpful, good location not far from the tourist places we wanted to visit

My only problem was the sleeping arrangements. My bed had another person in it... so I managed to change to a new bed only to find they the locker keys were also mixed up and someone’s stuff was in my locker therefore not very good security as I had access to there belongings. So I had the wrong bed and the wrong locker.

DON'T BOOK- THE WORST HOSTEL EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE

NOTHING

The worst experience in my life, we arrived and they canceled the reservation for 5 nights telling me that was Booking that canceled. Of course, I call booking customer service and the reservation was not canceled- so basically they messed up and decided to cancel the same moment we enter. The staff was the worst, unprofessional and liers. I called the manager and was even worst, reading the feedback apparently is something that they do frequently and plus they try to charge me the nights. LITERALLY THE WORST. DON'T BOOK WITH THEM

Capsule is good for short-term travel

The bed was comfy, sufficient space for suitcase and smaller bags, it's air conditioned

The room is a bit too small for 14 capsules.Toilet and shower spaces feel a bit too cramped

Cheap. Near MRT. Self check in.

More a workers hostel than for backpackers. Lights and noise gone 12am and alarms at 6:30am. No comfortable places to sit and relax.
